Boundless is dedicated to helping you navigate your immigration journey with confidence, and we guarantee your satisfaction.  If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately by sending an email to help@boundless.co, so we can fix the problem, issue a refund, or provide credit that can be used for future Boundless services.

We will process your request within 5 business days after we have received all of the relevant background materials from you. All refund or credit requests made under this guarantee must be made within 60 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't refund or credit any money paid to government entities (such as filing fees), or to other third parties with a role in processing your order. We also can’t refund any money paid by you to third parties, such as payments made by you to an independent attorney providing legal services under a separate Attorney Agreement.

Please note that we cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular government filing. For instance, the government may reject an immigration petition or application for reasons outside the control or responsibility of Boundless. Government backlogs can also lead to long delays before your filing process is complete.

Similarly, Boundless does not guarantee the results or outcomes of the services rendered by independent attorneys under a separate Attorney Agreement.  

Our satisfaction guarantee covers issues directly caused by Boundless, not changes to your situation or your state of mind.  We provide this satisfaction guarantee in addition to certain other guarantees provided by law.  See our Terms of Use for more details.
