Let’s start at the beginning of your immigration journey. How did you start your green card application process?
We first looked at completing the paperwork by ourselves and we were confused, not knowing why the government was asking all of these questions. When we got to some of the questions on the forms we were like, “We don’t know! What do you want us to say?” The questions the government asks…oh my God.
“Your team and our independent lawyer were friendly and quick to respond.”
So then you started looking for help?
We began by talking to and comparing a lot of lawyers. Most of them offered consultations that cost money. We weren’t sure what that consultation included, but in our conversations it was clear that we still had to do all the work. We then looked online and came across Boundless. We found your service to be really friendly and helpful for doing all this paperwork.
What was your experience with the Boundless website?
It was a great experience! We were able to just answer straightforward questions online instead of filling out all of the confusing government forms directly. It made our process a lot easier. The website was very friendly, and it automatically saves your progress, which we love. We could come back and pick up right where we left off. We also love that you guys were open to talking with us while we were working on it.
“I would gladly spend $500 again to have someone put that together for me.”
How was talking to our customer success team?
They were very clear and helpful. We asked questions about how long it was going to take and also if Mariana could travel throughout this process. Your team and our independent lawyer were friendly and quick to respond. If I needed an update or had a question, you were on it immediately. Great experience. You made it really accessible. The instructions were really clear. I really think you did a great job.
What did you think of your green card application package when it arrived at your doorstep?
It was a really nice surprise! I [Mariana] took a picture and sent it to my mom. We were just expecting a yellow envelope with a lot of sheets inside, instead of a professional application that was very, very well put together.
Any final words?
I would gladly spend $500 again to have someone put that together for me. I think you did a great job. Keep up the good work!
